NEWS JUST IN:

The shop refiit has now been completed and looks amazing. Active Sports was always a friendly well stocked shop... but now it is more open, brighter and with more space to see the best range of skis they have ever stocked (including LINE when they arrive!).

There is now a coffee bar where people can chill out and watch the huge TV screen constantly playing ski and board DVDs - awesome!

Right next door is the Sandown Ski Slope too.

WHY SHOP AT ACTIVE SPORTS?

"Active Sports is situated within easy reach of London via the A3 by car or mainline station at Esher (10 minute walk).

We are a fully stocked ski and snowboard shop offering the most prominent and popular brands from Europe and the USA. The Alpine Chalet building is set in the woodland alongside Sandown Ski Centre. Browsing is always welcome. Our in shop travel agent can help you with your holiday/season booking needs.

Active Sports provides excellent advice from passionate skiers and boarders. Ski and board boots will be fitted professionally and personalised to your needs if required. The fully equiped and modern workshop (run by Rodeo Joe the technician) will service your equipment to the highest standard. Ski equipment rental is available. All our staff are always happy to give advice and help in selection of your equipment/clothing and find something specific for your own needs.

Our customers enjoy a unique personal service. We aim to provide the right equipment for the right skier. If your spending all day off piste, we wont sell you a pair of skiboards.

Our team has a wealth of experience with all staff having done seasons and skied in New Zealand, Australia, Europe, the States and Japan. Rodeo Joe is a passionate freestyle skier, spending most of his time in the air and can often be found in Avoriaz grinding the rails there. When he’s not skiing he’ll be on the South Bank skateboarding. Clive, the shop manager, has worked in the industry for 15 years now and has a wealth of knowledge. Other full time staff members have great experience of piste skiing and backcountry."

"We are able to mail order direct, either 24/48hr. We will accept returns if unwanted within 7 days, any postage will not be refunded and goods must be in original condition unused. Refunds/returns will not be accepted for equipment drilled or modified for a specific individual."
