"SoulX was established in Brighton in 2001 and specialises in freeride and freestyle skis and equipment.

One of the UK's leading freeride stores, we sell high quality brands some of which are not widely available in the UK/Europe, for example we sell the full range of LINE Skis.

We stock only products that we use ourselves, from manufacturers we trust and respect. We aim to give the best possible prices and service to customers who visit our shop and also by mail order to customers throughout Europe.

Our long-term success depends on our ability to please you, our customer. We want you to come back to us again and again, and to recommend our shop to your friends... because you like buying from us (and we like selling to you).

MAIL ORDER

"We do a massive amount of mail order direct to customers in the UK and throughout Europe, including Scandinavia.

Ordering by mail order is simple. Contact us by email or phone to confirm we have the items in stock and to make your payment (by Credit/Debit card, cheque or bank wire transfer).

Once payment has been confirmed orders are normally shipped on a 24 hour basis in the UK for as little as £10, or by road or FedEx outside of the UK.

We will accept returns provided we receive your request in writing (be email or fax or letter) within 7 days. (Any postage will not be refunded and goods must be in original condition unused.) Refunds/returns will not be given for equipment drilled or modified for a specific individual. Warranty Returns will only be processed once the manufacturer has agreed that the return falls within the terms of the warranty.

Before sending any goods back to us please contact us first in writing to agree the return and shipping details etc. We will then issue a "Return Authority" code which must be sent with the item."
