There are 2 stages to booking one or more places on a Tourparty Ski & Snowboard Holiday, the Tourparty Camp and/or Optional Extras. Please scroll down and read about the booking process and click on any links relevant to your preferred method of payment. (For prices please click here.)

STAGE 1 - BOOKING FORM

Having read the information on this site and decided which dates, accommodation and/or optional extras you want to book please print off and complete a booking form, one per person.

There is no minimum or maximum order size - you can use the booking form to book one item or many, for one person or a family or group and you can always book extra places or book more options in the future.

STAGE 2 - PAYMENT

You have a choice of payment methods:

Payment by Credit or Debit card

This is easy and secure. The payment is processed for us by PayPal (the online payment system owned by Ebay). We have personal experience of using PayPal and are happy to recommend it. PayPal operates in 55 markets and manages over 105 million users around the world. (For more information on PayPal click here.)

You can pay using any of the common cards: Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo. We accept payment in a range of currencies: Pounds Sterling, Euros, U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars and Japanese Yen.

There are three methods for making a Credit or Debit card payment:

Method 1: Give your full Credit or Debit card details on the booking form. We will then charge your card for the amount due on receipt of your booking form.

Method 2: If you are happy to pay in full (not by installments) you can use the online Shopping Cart system to select the accommodation and/or optional extras you want to book, this will take you automatically to PayPal's secure online payment process. Then just follow the instructions to make payment. You do not have to have or set-up a PayPal account to pay online using this method with PayPal... just follow the instructions on the payment page (use the link below) to process your transaction using your preferred credit / debit card. Having made your payment online please remember to send us your completed booking form(s). To proceed please click here and follow the instructions on the page.

Method 3: If you have a PayPal account or are happy to set-up a PayPal account (this only takes a few minutes) you can pay the amount currently due as calculated on your booking form (ie. by installment not the full amount). You will need to set-up a PayPal account in order to register your card details. Using a PayPal account is free with no obligation and will enable you to pay Tourparty (and other suppliers in future).

Our payment email identity on PayPal is: "accounts@tourparty.com". Having set-up your account enter our email address and the amount you want to pay to PayPal plus your credit or debit card details, and they will send us the payment. Sterling Cheque

You are welcome to pay by sterling Cheque made payable to "TOURPARTY". Please complete the booking form(s) and send them with your Cheque.

Bank Wire/Transfer/BACS

Alternatively you can pay by Bank Wire/Transfer/BACS. For information please email us by clicking here or call us on: 01323 640 222. (International telephone: +44 1323 640222.) We will send you our full bank details so that you can make your payment.
