HOW TO PAY
You can pay by Cheque, Bank/Wire Transfer (BACS), PayPal account or by Credit / Debit Card (online via our PayPal account or by giving your credit/debit card details on this form). If paying online remember to complete and send this booking form to confirm your booking. If paying by Cheque please make the Cheque payable to "TOURPARTY" and enclose it with this form.
WHAT TO PAY
If the total value of your booking is less than £350 please send the total amount due. If the total value of your booking is more than £350 please pay 60% now and then pay the remainder on 1 February 2007. ("Remainder" = cost per person less the amount paid when booking.) Alternatively you can pay the full amount now if you prefer.
From the 1st December 2006 your payment is non-refundable. However if you cancel with more than 30 days notice we may be able to transfer your booking to another date - please see our "Terms & Conditions" website page for more information. (We suggest you consider cancellation insurance if you think cancellation is a possibility and that you print and retain a copy of the Terms & Conditions for your records.)

(Please note, if booking a place on the Tourparty Camp you should be (at least) a confident lower intermediate skier or snowboarder, happy on red runs and interested in freestyle and freeride. If booking accommodation etc with Tourparty you and/or members of your party do not have to attend the Tourparty Camp, you can do your own thing each day; if required we can arrange ski or snowboard lessons with the local ski school for members of your party.)

On receipt of this booking form and confirmation of your payment we will send you a confirmation letter (setting out the payment plan) and receipt. Full details of the holiday together with advice on what to bring etc, will be sent 4 weeks before departure. For reasons beyond our control we may have to alter or adjust aspects of a holiday / package / Camp / Optional Extra, in the event of this happening we will keep you fully informed. Should the changes be considerable or involve the postponement or cancellation of the holiday we will offer adhere to the procedures detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Please note: Insurance is not available from Tourparty but is compulsory, please ensure all you have full and comprehensive Winter Sports Travel Insurance Cover.

All copyright for these images resides with Triple Air Ltd (of which Tourparty is part). In registering for this holiday you confirm your and your party's full acceptance of this without dispute.
