Booking Terms & Conditions

This Camp is going to be amazing!

  • On the day of departure you must hold a valid passport and, if you are not an EU national, you must have the necessary visa to enter Spain (if one is required). We cannot take responsibility for anyone unable to travel because they do not have the necessary travel papers.

  • Tourparty Jon Cake 200The RHUK Spanish Camps 2008 are open to boys and girls aged 10 years to 17 years from any country.

  • No players may purchase or consume alcohol, drugs or tobacco at any time. Anyone found to be breaking these terms will be sent home at their own expense, without refund.

  • Parents, family and friends of players attending the Camp are welcome to join us in Barcelona, where possible we will include you in the programme. The most interesting days for watching the roller hockey are likely to be the match days when the participants play each other or the Coaches and/or play local teams and the last day featuring the RHUK Barcelona Tournament. Barcelona is a great city with plenty to see and do away from the inline hockey, such as visiting museums and galleries, bars and restaurants, the Aquarium and IMax, the beach and marina etc. For information on accommodation click on the link: Accommodation Only (For Family / Friends) In Barcelona, Spain.

  • Tourparty Mason Sunbathing 250We regret we cannot reserve places without a completed booking form and deposit as we are reserving accommodation etc for each booking.

  • In the event of cancellation after 1 June 2008 (for Summer Camps) we will retain £250 of the booking fee per person to cover administration and cancellation costs. The remainder of the booking fee will be refunded in full on receipt of written notification of your wish to cancel. A full refund will be given for cancellation received in writing before 1 June 2008.

  • Tourparty Meal Staff 225Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We are looking to form three squads for the Camp. We cannot accept any more players once these squad places have been fully allocated.

  • We reserve the right to change any aspect of the Camp without warning, provided it does not change the nature and spirit of the trip.

  • Tourparty Waterpark Lunch Pose 250We look forward to receiving your booking and will endeavour to confirm your booking within 10 working days, with a receipt and statement. Full details of the Camp will be sent to all participants on or before 1 July 2008. As much as possible, this will include a confirmed, detailed itinery, full details on all accommodation and transportation arrangements, information on the Coaching team and guidelines for players on what to bring etc.

  • In the unlikely event we are forced to do so, we reserve the right to cancel the Camp; in such circumstances we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund on or before the start date of the Camp. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred and recommend you take travel insurance.
