BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Camp is going to be amazing!

• On the day of departure you must hold a valid passport and, if you are not an EU national, you must have the necessary visa to enter France (if one is required). We cannot take responsibility for anyone unable to travel because they do not have the necessary travel papers.


• The DirtTribe Summer Camps 2007 are open to riders of all ages (with different packages for riders aged 18+ years and riders aged 10 years to 17 years) from any country.


• No participants under 18 years may purchase or consume alcohol, drugs or tobacco at any time (unless 16 years or over with written permission from a parent or guardian). Anyone under 18 years found to be breaking these terms will be sent home at their own expense, without refund.


• Parents, family and friends of riders attending the Camp are welcome to join us in Les Deux Alpes, where possible we will include you in the programme and/or advise on activities and excursions you can do. • In the event of cancellation after 1 June 2007 we will retain £250 of the booking fee per person to cover administration and cancellation costs. The remainder of the booking fee will be refunded in full on receipt of written notification of your wish to cancel. A full refund will be given for cancellation received in writing before 1 June 2007.


• We regret we cannot reserve places without a completed booking form and payment as we are reserving accommodation etc for each booking.


• Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We cannot accept any more riders once these places have been fully allocated.


• We reserve the right to change any aspect of the Camp without warning, provided it does not change the nature and spirit of the trip.


• We look forward to receiving your booking and will endeavour to confirm your booking within 10 working days, with a receipt and statement. Full details of the Camp will be sent to all participants on or before 1 July 2007. As much as possible, this will include a confirmed, detailed itinery, full details on all accommodation and transportation arrangements, information on the Coaching team and guidelines for players on what to bring etc.


• In the unlikely event we are forced to do so, we reserve the right to cancel the Camp; in such circumstances we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund on or before the start date of the Camp. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred and recommend you take travel insurance.
