BOOKING STEP 1 - WHAT MOUNTAIN BIKE COACHING DO YOU WANT DURING YOUR HOLIDAY?

 DirtTribe's residential and non-residential mountain biking holiday & mountain bike Camp packages offer top quality coaching and instruction, fun and friendship. These international holidays and Camps have been designed to suit everyone - individuals of all ages from 10+ years to 50+ years (youth and adults), groups of friends and families - from anywhere in the world who are looking for something a bit different to the normal mountain biking holidays taken with their friends, family, club, college or school. (24 hour supervision and care is provided for young people attending individually or with friends and taking the residential option.) The common language on our holidays and camps is english but you only need basic english to participate and people of all nationalties are welcome to attend.
We run our multi-activity, mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding Summer holidays and Camps at the same time in the same location so you can come with your friends and family and have a great holiday together on and off the mountain, while getting top quality coaching in your favourite sport.
We offer a choice of five coaching and instruction options as part of our Mountain Biking Holiday and Mountain Bike Camp packages, depending on your level, prefered discipline and what you want to learn:
> DIRTTRIBE "DOWNHILL" FOR BEGINNERS & LOWER INTERMEDIATE RIDERS
If you are fairly new to downhill mountain biking this is an excellent opportunity to progress your riding to the next level in the company of others who share your passion and under the direction of a Coach who will share tips and experience and help you learn safely. We will cover all aspects of downhill and mountain cross riding, focusing on core skills, course inspection, identifying fast lines, learning the course and mental preparation. We cover everything you need to know to get the best from the mountain, while having a lot of fun along the way... from bike set-up to descending, cornering and braking skills, from handling obstacles to visual and mental skills... off the bike there will be plenty of fun, social activities and time for rest and relaxation in resort. > DIRTTRIBE "DOWNHILL" FOR UPPER INTERMEDIATES AND ADVANCED/PRO RIDERS
If you are an experienced downhill rider keen to develop your skills further and take your riding to the next level, cutting your descent time and improving your technique, you've come to the right place... in the company of others who share your passion and under the direction of a Coach who will share tips and experience and help you learn safely, you will cover all aspects of downhill and mountain cross riding, focusing on core skills, course inspection, identifying fast lines, learning the course and mental preparation. From bike set-up to descending, cornering and braking skills, from handling obstacles to visual and mental skills... you will have the oportunity to identify how you can develop your riding with the benefit of video analysis and high intensity riding and conditioning. Off the bike there will be plenty of fun, social activities and time for rest and relaxation in resort. (France: July 2008, August 2008.)
> DIRTTRIBE "FREERIDE" FOR BEGINNERS AND LOWER INTERMEDIATES
Combining different aspects of mountain biking, such as downhill and dirtjumping, freeriding is an exciting, expressive form of riding and Les Deux Alpes is a perfect location for developing your freeride skills with a fantastic bike park and lots of natural features to practice on. Whether you are fairly new to freeride mountain biking or have already learnt some basic techniques but want to gain in confidence and experience this is an excellent opportunity to progress your riding to the next level under the direction of a Coach who will share tips and experience and help you learn safely. Off the bike there will be plenty of fun, social activities and time for rest and relaxation in resort... come along for a great week's riding, shared with lots of new friends who share your passion. It is not surprising that freeriding is rapidly becoming the most popular of the mountain bike disciplines, enabling riders to combine skills and experience of different branches of mountain biking in one very expressive, exciting sport in which daring and style have to be combined with cool calculation and technical expertise. Les Deux Alpes is a perfect location for developing your freeride skills with a fantastic bike park and lots of natural features to practice on. If you are an experienced rider and have already developed freeride skills but want to take your riding to the next level this is the ideal holiday/Camp with expert Coaches on-hand to share tips and experience and help you expand your trick bag quickly.
