The DirtTribe Adult Mountain Biking Summer Holidays and Mountain Bike Summer Camps are open to men and women from anywhere in the world, aged 18+ years, who love mountain biking with a passion and want to take their riding to the next level with the help of experienced Coaches and Pro riders.
The DirtTribe Adult Summer Mountain Biking Camp has grown out of our experience running camps in various sports and our own frustration with the normal package holidays and long Summer holidays spent hanging around at home killing time when not riding!
We run sports camps and holidays throughout the year open to people of all ages, sizes and abilities. We have had people aged 10 to 50+ years old, guys and girls. We have had relatively inexperienced riders through to sponsored Pro riders.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FULLY RESIDENTIAL ADULT CAMP?
The DirtTribe Adult Summer Mountain Bike Holiday and Camp is great value for money, all of the following is included in the Camp residential price:
- 7 days of accommodation and food:
We will be staying in the Hotel La Belle Etoile and its sister hotel. We know the La Belle Etoile well, it is an excellent base with friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms (you will share with other participants your age and sex if attending individually) and some great facilities including table tennis and pool tables, a swimming pool and tennis court!The food is great too and there is plenty of it. 6 day lift pass:
Your lift pass is included in the price! This gives you full access to the mountain. We use the lift system to get the bikes to the highest parts of the mountain, from which we then ride down at top speed! Back in the resort the lift pass also gives us access to mountain bike trails, the freeride park, freeride features etc and to loads of activities like swimming, climbing, football, beach volley ball, mini-golf, trampolining, ice skating etc. There will even be an opportunity to hit the snow if you know how to ski or snowboard and don't mind hiring the equipment.- 6 days of expert coaching by our Mountain Bike Coaching team:
We carefully select our team of Coaches based on our personal knowledge of Pro riders and instructors in the UK and abroad, and based on recommendations from people we respect. On our holidays we provide as much assistance and encouragement to everyone participating as possible, with friendly, patient instructors and staff keen to see you gain in confidence, technique and ability as quickly (and painlessly!) as possible while having lots of fun and enjoying your time in the mountains. Our Coaching team share your passion for riding and they love to help others learn, by the time you finish the Camp you will regard them as your friends and want to keep in touch with them after the week is over. They also have loads of personal experience and stories to tell. By the end of the week you should be hugely satisfied at your progress and achievement, and we will be too! 
Freeride & Downhill mountain biking all morning, and all afternoon if you want!:
There is a great freeride bike park in Les Deux Alpes, constantly expanded and improved every year. Laid out by Carmine Falco (the professional rider from Les Deux Alpes who has already won the four cross French cup) and located at the heart of the resort (served by the Lutins drag lift), the specially designed area for freeride is suitable for beginners and experienced riders and is just one part of the mountain bike area. Last year they added five new slopestyle modules, increasing the number from fifteen to twenty. Among the obstacles there are bumps and wooden bridges. There is plenty of investment happening for downhill too in an area that counts thirty runs extending over 140 kms! Depending on what you want to do each morning and afternoon you will be allocated a Coach who will spend the session with you, giving you tips, encouraging you, pushing you and occasionally help you up and dusting you off!
Special competitions and races, plus freebies!
During the DirtTribe Summer Camp you will have the chance to test yourself against the mountain, the features, your own best times and the other riders on the Camp. Whether you win or not, it's all about achieving progression and that's what we will be looking for and rewarding... with plenty of swag and giveaways on offer!- Multi-activities programme:
Off-bike in resort there is a huge range of facilities and activities for you to try with your new friends in the afternoons and evening, all included. You can kill time waiting to get back in the saddle by trying your hand at everything from swimming and ice skating to mini-golf and trampolining, to tennis and beach volleyball, football, bowling and biking etc etc! We challenge you and your fellow Campers to take on the Coaches at anything... you haven't got a chance ;-) - Video review:
Our Coaches find video review very helpful in explaining how to improve your techniques. We will have video cameras on hand to record you in action and video review sessions for each group to fully exploit the benefits of this learning method. (It's also great fun seeing yourself and other members of the group in action when you get back to the hotel to relax!); 
Souvenir Movie and Photographs:
We will put together footage and make it available on YouTube etc afterwards, and we will also have photographers on hand to take some shots;- Prize giving:
At the end of the week we have a prize giving session to recognise the good, the bad and the downright ugly (riding that is!) over the week of DirtTribe! So whether you're the most improved rider on this awesome Summer Freeride & Downhill Camp, or the person who did the biggest smash, you stand a chance of going home with some swag in your bag! - Lots of extras with freebies and goodies!

If you don't have your own, you can hire a mountain bike, protective gear etc in resort no problem.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAY NON-RESIDENTIAL ADULT CAMP?
Everything detailed above except accommodation, breakfast and dinner, evening activities/excursions. You will need to arrive in the morning in time to leave with us, we will finish in the early evening.

HOW DO YOU PLAN TO GET THERE?
You are free to make your own arrangements for traveling from wherever you live in the world to Les Deux Alpes in France, ideally arriving in the afternoon on the Saturday and departing the following Saturday.

We offer a special "meet and greet" service at Lyon airport, with transfers to and from Les Deux Alpes included, making attendance easy, especially for young people travelling alone or with friends - we just need flight details and will then take care of everything "door to door" from arrival at the airport at the beginning of the week to departure at the end of the week. The cost is £60 (85 EUR, $120 USD) return.
If you are arriving at Grenoble aiport local bus transfers from Grenoble airport and Grenoble town centre and railway station are also available, easy to arrange and are great value.

PRICES
The price for the fully-inclusive residential Summer Adult Holiday package is just £495 (710 EUR, $990 USD) for everything, except travel to and from resort. Or £475 (680 EUR, $950 USD) for returners and adult relatives of someone paying full price for a residential or non-residential place.
The price for day non-residents will be £295 (425 EUR, $590 USD) or £275 (395 EUR, $550 USD) for returners and adult relatives of someone paying full price for a residential or non-residential place, for a place on the DirtTribe Camp, Packed Lunch and 6 day Lift Pass.
You are welcome to attend for more than one week, whether doing mountain biking for the whole time you are on Summer holiday or spending one or more weeks mountain biking, and one or more weeks skiing and/or snowboarding. There is no extra cost for the extra Saturday night's accommodation and food etc, you can have that on us, no charge! To book more than one week just complete and submit booking forms for each week you want to come on holiday and we will make all the arrangements.
If you are planning to arrive by plane into Lyon airport we can arrange your transfers to and from resort for you. The cost for our "meet and greet" transfer service from Lyon airport (with DirtTribe staff) is £60 (85 EUR, $120 USD) return.

(We welcome bookings from all over the world. We require payment in GB Sterling and for this reason we charge credit and debit cards etc and request bank transfers and cheques (checks) in the GB Sterling price of the holiday. However to help international participants with pricing we have also given prices in EURO and US Dollars where possible (calculated according to the exchange rate on 10 September 07). These alternative currency prices are a guide only, the exchange rate may differ when you book.)

By booking places on the DirtTribe Summer 2008 Mountain Bike Holidays you agree to these conditions which include:
- The DirtTribe Adult Summer Mountain Biking Holiday & Camp 2008 is open to men and women aged 18+ years from any country. The main language for coaching during the Camp is English.
- Before travel you must hold a valid passport and, if not an EU national, have the necessary visa to enter France (if one is required). We cannot accept responsibility for the costs arising if permission to travel is refused due to lack of necessary documentation.
- We regret we cannot reserve places without a completed booking form and deposit/payment. (In the event of cancellation after 1 June 2008 a £250 (360 EUR, $500 USD) cancellation fee will be retained to cover administration and cancellation costs, the remainder will be refunded in full).
- Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We cannot accept any more riders once these places have been fully allocated.
- We reserve the right to change any aspect of the Summer Camp without warning, provided it does not change the nature and spirit of the trip.
- In the unlikely event we are forced to do so, we reserve the right to cancel the Camp; in such circumstances we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund on or before the start date of the Camp. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred and recommend you take travel insurance.
