Andy is a Brit making a big impression beyond the UK and tipped for big things both in freestyle and freeride... plus he's one of the few qualified Freestyle Coaches, he's behind a number of ski films and ski events, and he's the cover boy for Ellis Brigham catalogues!
Since first trying skiing aged 4 years while on holiday in Dorset, Andy has been skiing every week of his life, and it shows. At freestyle competitions Andy goes big with style, busting out with gratuitous moves that demand respect from spectators and judges alike.
His favourite tricks are “switch spins” (especially 180's, D spin 720's and lazy back flips) which he performs with an apparent ease born from many years of practice in the fun park at Sheffield Ski Village and more recently during seasons in Steamboat and Verbier.
Andy is a pretty chilled, laid-back character off-mountain but give him a kicker to play with or some backcountry to explore and he reveals his own lunatic streak, getting elevation and rotation guaranteed to boost the circulation of anyone watching. He's a genuinely nice guy too.
